Retirement Phase a) This shall consist of the disconnection and discontinuance of 911 traffic from all non- Verizon / third-party OSPs to the Verizon Selective Router (tandem). If any non-Verizon / third party OSPs have NOT disconnected and discontinued sending their 911 traffic to the Verizon 911 tandem after Selective Router Migration phase ends, Verizon will default route the non-VZ Customer/PSAPs 911 traffic to the NG911SP to perform PSR. Verizon will be an OSP at this stage forward for the Migrating Jurisdiction.
Retirement Phase. At the end of its 5 year warranty period, all users of the Xxxxxx cluster will be required to migrate their work to other computing resources and ITaP will decommission the cluster. ITaP will trade the equipment in for newer technology and apply credit for the amount recovered via the trade-in to The Faculty Partner for use in a subsequent cluster. Cluster Schedule • Orders will be accepted beginning March 2012. • Production starts in April 2012. • Decommissioning commences in April 2017.

Years of service to the Park Hill School District to be divided by ten (10) and multiplied by one-ninth (1/9) of the last completed contract. Retirement notification after December 15 for the current academic year will result in a reduction of $1,000.00 from the total under Article 36. In the event of a sudden severe illness of the teacher, teacher’s legally recognized spouse, and/or child, the transfer of a legally recognized spouse, or being called into active military duty may be cause for the District not to impose the late notification reduction of $1,000.00. A teacher who otherwise qualifies for payment under Article 36 and dies while currently classified as an active employee will receive such payment.

  • Retirement Age It is assumed that an employee terminates employment at the end of the school year in which the employee attains age 58 or at the end of the current year, if the individual is already 58 or older.

  • Post-Retirement Benefits The present value of the expected cost of post-retirement medical and insurance benefits payable by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to its employees and former employees, as estimated by the Borrower in accordance with procedures and assumptions deemed reasonable by the Required Lenders is zero.
