Retention and Purging of Biometric Data. Company will work with Payment Labs to ensure that Biometric Data is retained and purged in accordance with applicable law. To the extent necessary for the purging or deletion of such Biometric Data, Company agrees to provide timely notification to Payment Labs of the satisfaction of the purpose for which Biometric Data was collected with respect to any given Biometric User. Payment Labs is not responsible for the Company’s failure to provide timely notification of the satisfaction of the purpose for which Biometric Data was collected with respect to any given Biometric User.

Retention and Purging of Biometric Data. Client will work with ADP to ensure that Biometric Data is retained and purged in accordance with potentially applicable law. To the extent necessary for the purging or deletion of such Biometric Data, Client agrees to provide timely notification to ADP of the termination of the employment, or the satisfaction of the purpose for which Biometric Data was collected with respect to any given Biometric User. ADP is not responsible for Client’s failure to provide timely notification of the termination of the employment, or the satisfaction of the purpose for which Biometric Data was collected with respect to any given Biometric User.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to CBB, or from CBB to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.

  • Information and Technical Advice At the request of a Party, or upon its own initiative, the arbitration panel may obtain information from any source, including the Parties involved in the dispute, which it deems appropriate for the arbitration procedure. The arbitration panel also has the right to seek the opinion of experts as it deems appropriate. Any information obtained in this manner must be disclosed to each of the Parties and submitted for their comments. Interested parties are authorised to submit amicus curiae briefs to the arbitration panel in accordance with the rules of procedure.

  • LETTERS OF REPRIMAND AND ACCESS TO FILES 9.01 Any letter of reprimand or suspension will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt by the employee of such letter or suspension provided that the employee’s record has been discipline free for such eighteen (18) month period.
