Retention and Disposal of Transmitted Items. Upon your receipt of confirmation from the Bank that your deposit is complete, you will write “Deposited via Mobile” and the date of the deposit on the Original Check. You will then securely store the Original Check for seven (7) days and make the Original Check accessible to us at our request before it is destroyed. Upon our request, you will deliver to us within two (2) business days, at your expense, the requested Original Check in your possession. If not provided in a timely manner, such amount may be reversed from the Account in which the item was originally deposited.
