Termination and Results of Termination 24.1. Without prejudice to the Company’s rights under this Agreement to terminate it immediately without prior notice to the Client, each Party may terminate this Agreement by giving at least three (3) Business Days Written Notice to the other Party.

Financial Conditions Section 4.01. SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS Concessionaire shall, at the direction of Department, immediately suspend, delay or interrupt Concessionaire’s operation of all or any part of the Concession Premises for such period of time as Department may determine to be appropriate to protect the Concession Premises and/or public health, safety, and welfare due to the occurrence of hazardous work conditions, emergency conditions, and/or any other cause including, but not limited to, Concessionaire's failure to perform any of the covenants, agreements, and conditions contained in this Agreement on its part to be performed. Concessionaire hereby waives any claim, and Department shall not be liable to any party claiming through Concessionaire, for damages, payment abatement, or compensation as a result of Department's actions under this Paragraph or this Agreement. Department's suspension of Concessionaire's operations shall be in addition to any other right or remedy available by law or in equity.
Reports of Accidents Within 24 hours after Engineer becomes aware of the occurrence of any accident or other event which results in, or might result in, injury to the person or property of any third person (other than an employee of the Engineer), whether or not it results from or involves any action or failure to act by the Engineer or any employee or agent of the Engineer and which arises in any manner from the performance of this Contract, the Engineer shall send a written report of such accident or other event to the County, setting forth a full and concise statement of the facts pertaining thereto. The Engineer shall also immediately send the County a copy of any summons, subpoena, notice, or other documents served upon the Engineer, its agents, employees, or representatives, or received by it or them, in connection with any matter before any court arising in any manner from the Engineer’s performance of work under this Contract.
Financial Data The Contractor shall submit evidence satisfactory to the Design Professional that all payrolls, material bills, and other indebtedness connected with the work have been paid.
CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS 601 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strike, and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any nurse covered by this Agreement from striking. The Employer agrees that for the duration of this Agreement, there shall be no lockout.
