Restriction on Use of Property. During the term of this Agreement and the open space easement granted herein, the Property shall not be used for any purpose other than an open space easement and those uses related to or compatible therewith. Owner, for the direct benefit of the Property described herein, hereby declares that the Property shall be subject to restrictive covenants running with the land which shall be binding upon all subsequent grantees except as specifically provided in paragraph 5. Restriction on Use of Property. During the term of this contract, or any renewal thereof, the said property shall not be used for any purpose, other than agricultural uses for producing agricultural commodities for commercial purposes and compatible uses, which uses are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Restriction on Use of Property. During the term of this Contract, and any and all renewals thereof, the property described in Exhibit "A" shall not be used by Owner, or Owner's successors in interest, for any purpose other than for a use allowed in the zoning district in which the property is located and permitted under the terms and conditions set forth in the current resolution governing application for such contracts.   • Restriction on Use The Contractor agrees that to the extent it receives or is given any information from NYSERDA or a NYSERDA contractor or subcontractor, the Contractor shall treat such data in accordance with any restrictive legend contained thereon or instructions given by NYSERDA, unless another use is specifically authorized by prior written approval of the NYSERDA Project Manager. Contractor acknowledges that in the performance of the Work under this Agreement, Contractor may come into possession of personal information as that term is defined in Section 92 of the New York State Public Officers Law. Contractor agrees not to disclose any such information without the consent of NYSERDA. CASE III: R&D-type contracts:

  • CONDITION OF PROPERTY Seller or the originator of the Mortgage Loan inspected or caused to be inspected each related Mortgaged Property within six months of origination of the Mortgage Loan and within twelve months of the Cut-off Date. An engineering report or property condition assessment was prepared in connection with the origination of each Mortgage Loan no more than twelve months prior to the Cut-off Date. To Seller’s knowledge, based solely upon due diligence customarily performed in connection with the origination of comparable mortgage loans, as of the Closing Date, each related Mortgaged Property was free and clear of any material damage (other than (i) deferred maintenance for which escrows were established at origination and (ii) any damage fully covered by insurance) that would affect materially and adversely the use or value of such Mortgaged Property as security for the Mortgage Loan.

  • Lease of Property Landlord, for and in consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained on the part of Tenant to be paid, kept, observed, and performed, hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord for the Term (as hereinafter defined), the Property. Tenant shall not attach, hang or suspend anything from the ceiling, roof, walls or columns of the Building or set any load on the floor in excess of the load limits for which such items are designed nor operate hard wheel forklifts within the Premises. Any dust, fumes, or waste products generated by Tenant’s use of the Premises shall be contained and disposed so that they do not (i) create an unreasonable fire or health hazard, (ii) damage the Premises, or (iii) result in the violation of any Law. Except as approved by Landlord, Tenant shall not change the exterior of the Building or install any equipment or antennas on or make any penetrations of the exterior or roof of the Building. Tenant shall not commit any waste in or about the Premises, and Tenant shall keep the Premises in a neat, clean, attractive and orderly condition, free of any nuisances. If Landlord designates a standard window covering for use throughout the Building, Tenant shall use this standard window covering to cover all windows in the Premises. Tenant shall not conduct on any portion of the Premises or the Project any sale of any kind, including any public or private auction, fire sale, going-out-of-business sale, distress sale or other liquidation sale.

  • Restriction on Disbursements No Entitlement Funds shall be disbursed to the Developer or contractor except pursuant to a written contract, which incorporates by reference the general conditions of this contract.

  • Limitation on Liens Create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien upon any of its property, assets or revenues, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, except for:

  • Prohibition on Resale Reselling the Service or otherwise making the Service available to anyone outside your residence (e.g., via wi-fi or any other method), in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, or on a bundled or unbundled basis, is prohibited. The Service is for personal and non-commercial use only and you agree not to use the Service for operation as an internet service provider or for any business enterprise or purpose, or as an end-point on a non-Viasat local area network or wide area network, unless specifically authorized in writing by Viasat. Other prohibited activities include connecting multiple computers behind the satellite modem to set up a LAN (Local Area Network) that in any manner would result in a violation of the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy or any other Viasat policy or plan, or running programs, equipment, or servers from your residence that provide network content or any other services to anyone outside of your premises. You may not connect the Equipment to any computer outside of your residence.
