Restaurant Food Tax. A tax is hereby imposed at rate of one percent (1%) of the Sales Price upon each Retail Sale of Restaurant Food within the city. The tax shall apply to and be computed on all Retail Sales of Restaurant Food including credit, or similar sales at the time of the sale. The Restaurant Food tax shall be collected by the retailer from the consumer. 5.32.030–5.32.040

  • Fast Food Allowance As of 1 October 2020 the Employer shall pay an allowance of $2.75 per hour on all fast food construction, and on refurbishments with a building permit value in excess of $470,000. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. On any Project where the applicable site allowance in Appendix C is higher, then that site allowance will apply.

  • Business Tax The Consultant represents and warrants that it currently has a City business tax certificate or exemption, if qualified, and will maintain such certificate or exemption for the Master Agreement term.
