Rest Period for Temporary Part. Time Members (SI1) One rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration shall be scheduled during each work period of three and one-half (3 1/2) or more hours; such scheduling shall be at the discretion of the department head or authorized supervisor, with no loss of pay or time off charged.
