Rest Interval. ‌ Employees are not eligible to be called for work if there has not been an eight hour break between shifts, except in the case of an emergency. An employee required to work beyond their regularly scheduled shift shall be entitled to eight clear hours between the end of the overtime worked and the start of their regular shift.
