Responsibility for Proper Bulletin Board Use. The Union assumes responsibility for complete compliance with the spirit and intent of the provisions of this Article. Should the Company believe that posted material is not in accordance with the spirit and intent of the provisions of this Article, such material shall be brought to the attention of any Local or International Representative of the Union and it shall be removed by the Union immediately after such notification. Failure to comply, shall entitle the Company to cover up or remove the bulletin board(s) involved. Material removed in accordance with the above provisions of this Section 5 may be posted again only after a mutual agreement that it is appropriate for posting has been reached between an authorized International Representative of the Union and the Director - Labor Relations, or his designated representative.
