Responsibility for Others. Where either party waives rights against the other party, it also waives the same rights against the other party's employees, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, agents, contractors and invitees. The waiver shall be considered a waiver on behalf of the party making it, of all that party's employees, officers, directors, shareholders, partners and agents, and of anyone claiming under any of them, including insurers and creditors. Wherever in this Lease Tenant agrees not to do a particular thing, Tenant also agrees not to permit its employees, agents, contractors or invitees to do so.
