General Expectations. 10.1. The Service Provider will be required to attend Monthly Service Support meetings with the Network Engineering personnel. The account should be primarily staffed with individuals dedicated to and preferably based in the State of Vermont. The Service Provider will be expected to present performance statistics, chronic problem situations and status, proactive reviews and solutions, and current project status. 10.2. The Service Provider will also be expected to present bi-weekly coordination meetings where all requested work orders from the State Network Engineering group will be reviewed for completeness, accuracy and status. 10.3. The Service Provider shall submit quarterly reports detailing the State of Vermont accounts active under this Contract. The reports shall be submitted electronically and sent as an attachment to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Reports shall contain accurate information of account numbers, services rendered, service locations and the costs associated with them for the quarter. If there is a change in accounts before the quarter report is due, Service Provider shall send the updated report immediately. Any exception to this mandatory requirement or failure to submit complete reports, or in the format required, may result in corrective action, up to and including termination for cause. General Expectations. Subcontractors shall develop and maintain safety, health and environmental programs and procedures that meet or exceed Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations and standards. They shall also agree to comply with any Owner and/or Swinerton site-specific requirements. The Subcontractor shall be able to provide reasonable documentation to demonstrate compliance with minimum performance standards (MPS). Prior to mobilization the Subcontractor shall provide a completed MPS checklist to demonstrate awareness and compliance with the MPS to the Swinerton Project Team. No work will begin until this is completed. Subcontractors shall make Swinerton immediately aware of any unique safety, health, or environmental concerns related to their work and make timely efforts to notify other affected contractors working on site and protect the public from hazards. The MPS compliance shall be expected of any additional tier Subcontractors under the first tier Subcontractor’s control. Subcontractors shall be responsible for the content and cost of any training required by the MPS, and shall document that the training is completed before the job starts. Subcontractors shall be responsible for costs related to fines and citations issued by regulating agencies to them and others caused by or related to their work.

What Reading Partners Expects from Tutors: • To tutor and mentor students in the area of literacy, using the Reading Partners curriculum. • To arrive for scheduled tutoring sessions on time and commit to a minimum of one full semester of tutoring at least one time per week, although full year commitments are best for students and preferred when possible. • To review “Tutor Notes and Recommendations” and “Roadmap” from the previous session and to complete “Tutor Notes and Recommendations” and “Roadmap” after each session. • To communicate with Reading Partners staff should any issues or concerns regarding students arise. • To assist Reading Partners staff in maintaining a safe and effective tutorial session. • To be flexible to the changes that may occur to the schedule that are outside of Reading Partners’ control. In the event that your student is absent, tutors will be asked to work with another student.
