Responsibility for Housing Fees. Submittal of an Application to Terminate does not release Resident from their Responsibility for Housing Fees imposed by this Agreement but initiates a process by which Housing Services offers the Residential Unit to eligible applicants. Resident will be released from Responsibility for Housing Fees when the conditions of Section 43.3 have been satisfied.
