Responsibility for Customer Data. Other than in connection with the provision of support services, Vertalo does not monitor Customer Data or the content third parties create and/or distribute using the Vertalo Services. Vertalo has no responsibility to retain any Customer Data except as expressly provided herein. Following expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer may no longer have access to Customer Data.
