Responsibilities of the Designer. 4.1 The Designer shall perform the Designer Services in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, and in accordance with the Standard of Care. The Designer shall exercise due care and diligence in the rendition of all services under this Contract in accordance with such professional standards and shall exercise the Standard of Care to provide the services required under this Contract in conformity with all Applicable Laws.
