ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES. 1.1 Prepare floor plans and site plans on CAD.
ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES consist of all services falling within the scope of the five phases described in Article 2 hereof. Basic Services shall include, without limitation, all architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior design and engineering services necessary to produce a complete and accurate set of construction documents, drawings and specifications as described and required herein, and any other services included under Article 16 as part of the Basic Services, all consistent with the Design Criteria. Architect's Basic Services include the interior tenant finish design as well as that required for base building and building shell construction, and requires Architect to provide all services of interior design necessary to allow "turn-key" construction of the Project and occupancy by its tenant as required by the Design Criteria set forth in Exhibit A. No phase of the services shall --------- begin until authorization has been given to Architect to proceed to the next phase.

Related to ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • ARCHITECT’S RESPONSIBILITIES § 2.1 The Architect shall provide professional services as set forth in this Agreement. The Architect represents that it is properly licensed in the jurisdiction where the Project is located to provide the services required by this Agreement, or shall cause such services to be performed by appropriately licensed design professionals.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Construction Services 4,500 thousand SDR for Japan Post in Group A 15,000 thousand SDR for all other entities in Group A 4,500 thousand SDR for entities in Group B Architectural, engineering and other technical services covered by this Agreement: 450 thousand SDR Other services: 130 thousand SDR List of Entities which procure the services, specified in Annex 4:

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Specific Services Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Director of Health and Human Services Agency or his or her designee.
