RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE COUNTY. The County shall coordinate the delivery of the Scope of Service by Contractor and its physicians under this Agreement. The County, at its sole expense, shall provide adequate support personnel, operating room time, equipment, facilities, medical and office space and supplies necessary for the delivery of the Scope of Service (Resources), which Resources Physicians acknowledge may also be used by other providers. In addition, County shall be solely responsible for the costs associated with the Physician’s obtaining and maintaining privileges at SCVMC and being credentialed for health care plans with which the County contracts. The County shall be solely responsible for payment of the salary, Social Security benefits, Worker’s Compensation, and other employee benefits for the support personnel. Support personnel shall not be deemed to be employees of the Physician for any purpose.
