Respondent Responsiveness. The Procurement Officer will examine the Respondent’s answers to the Mandatory Requirement Questions, the Respondent’s completed Price Sheets, and the Respondent’s Other Required Documentation to determine if the Respondent is deemed Responsive, as defined in Section 287.012(27) F.S., and in accordance with 287.057(1)(b)4., F.S. Respondents that do not meet all requirements of the solicitation or fail to provide all required information or documents may be deemed non-responsive.
