Common use of Resource Sharing Clause in Contracts

Resource Sharing. i. The Parties agree to share relevant resources, including research findings, data, and facilities, to support the success of joint initiatives. ii. The County will provide access to relevant facilities and historical archives at the Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park for academic and research purposes. Access will be pursuant to a written limited License Agreement between the County and BSU staff or students, in a form approved by the County and BSU, which will provide for access and indemnification by BSU, to the extent permitted under state law, for any liability incurred by the County arising out of access to and activities on Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park by BSU staff or students. iii. The County agrees to actively engage BSU as a participant during the Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park master planning process and, as appropriate, future development opportunities.
