Resource Sharing. Each Party shall develop procedures for the inter-Party loan and delivery of human and material Resources, as appropriate.
Resource Sharing. Children with disabilities attending the Head Start program will be provided an age- appropriate, integrated classroom environment with the same general classroom supplies and materials provided to Head Start children without disabilities. Specialized supplies, materials, or other equipment needed by a child with a disability in order to benefit from his/her instructional program will, upon being identified through the IEP process, be provided by GISD. DACHS and GISD agree to share supplies, materials, equipment, and all other resources when available and feasible.

Per WIOA 134(c)(3)(D) these may include occupational skills training, including training for nontraditional employment, on-the-job training, incumbent worker training, programs that combine workplace training with related instructions, which may include cooperative education programs, private-sector training programs, skill upgrading and retraining, apprenticeships, entrepreneurial training, transitional jobs, job- readiness training, adult education and literacy activities in combination with a training program, or customized training.
Resource Sharing. (1) All efforts will be made to share information and resources and to enhance collaboration amongst all Affiliate Councils. This includes an open-sharing commitment that guarantees the free flow of documents, policies, strategies and other potentially useful governance and corporate information between all Affiliate Councils.
Resource Sharing. WNA agrees to permit Spectrum-CA access to and the right to use the infrastructure resources and assets described on Exhibit B (the "Shared Resources") attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and as may be amended from time to time upon the mutual agreement of the parties during the Term of this Agreement as defined in Section 4 herein.
