Intergovernmental Cooperation. The Parties recognize and acknowledge the need for intergovernmental cooperation on important local and regional land use matters and to achieve common goals. In accordance with the NCP, the Town and the County agree to cooperate in good faith in:
Intergovernmental Cooperation. The Snohomish County 911 shall cooperate with local, state and federal governmental agencies in order to maximize the utilization of any grant funds for equipment and operations and to enhance the effectiveness of the Snohomish County 911’s operations and minimize costs of service delivery.
Intergovernmental Cooperation. The Agency shall cooperate with local, state and federal governmental agencies in order to maximize the utilization of any grant funds for equipment and operations and to enhance the effectiveness of the Agency’s operations and minimize costs of service delivery.
Intergovernmental Cooperation. The Pueblo, the United States, and the State shall consult and cooperate and, to the extent feasible, coordinate technical resources for the development and improvement of mechanisms to restore, preserve, and protect the Buffalo Pasture.
Intergovernmental Cooperation. 1. The Parties may develop programs of cooperative activities, with the involvement of the public and experts as appropriate, to promote the achievement of the objectives of this Agreement. An indicative list of areas of possible cooperation between the Parties is set out in Annex I.

The parties agree to work collaboratively to the greatest extent possible in order to xxxxxx positive intergovernmental relationships, achieve common goals, and realize efficiencies in the delivery of programs and services, including but not limited to the following efforts:
Intergovernmental Cooperation. EPSCA shall cooperate with local, state and federal governmental agencies in order to maximize the utilization of grant funds for equipment and operations and to enhance the effectiveness of public safety dispatch and public safety records operations and to minimize costs of said public service delivery.
Intergovernmental Cooperation. The Joint Board shall cooperate with local, state and federal governmental agencies in order to maximize the utilization of grant funds for equipment and operations and to enhance the effectiveness of public safety dispatch and public safety records operations and to minimize costs of said public service delivery.
Intergovernmental Cooperation. The County shall submit such information as the Department may require to show compliance with the private water well construction rules and the adequate implementation of the permitting authority delegated to the County.
Intergovernmental Cooperation. In addition to the assistance and cooperation noted regarding specific issues above, the Department will keep the County informed of state and federal developments which may affect the private water well construction program in the County.
