Common use of Resort Association Clause in Contracts

Resort Association. Purchaser also acknowledges that as owner of the Unit, Purchaser shall be subject to the provisions and restrictions contained in the Resort Declaration, shall automatically become a Residential Member of the owners' association established pursuant to the Resort Declaration (the “Resort Association”) and shall be governed by the Resort Association’s articles of incorporation, bylaws, resolutions, policies, and rules and regulations from time to time in effect. These documents require, among other things, membership by Purchaser in the Resort Association and payment of assessments to the Resort Association independent of those to be paid to the Residence Association as set forth above in (a).
