Residential Community Property. This policy, subject to all other terms and conditions, when covering residen- tial community property, as defined by state law, shall remain in full force and effect as to the interest of each spouse covered, irrespective of divorce or change of own- ership between the spouses unless excluded by endorse- ment attached to this policy, until the expiration of the policy or until cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.

  • Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.

Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Real Property Holding Corporation The Company is not and has never been a U.S. real property holding corporation within the meaning of Section 897 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the Company shall so certify upon Purchaser’s request.
