Reserve Duty A leave of absence will be granted to reservists for training purposes not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year. Employees shall make application on the Leave of Absence Form to the Human Resources Department and shall enclose a copy of their military order. Leaves for training purposes are granted without loss of pay, but employees are encouraged to make arrangements to take these training periods during winter, spring, or summer recess.
CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is: 6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius. 4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.
MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.
MAINTENANCE OF CONCESSION PREMISES A. Concessionaire shall preserve and maintain the Concession Premises in good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Concessionaire is solely responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Concession Premises.
Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.
Overcrowding The number of people who may live in a Let Property depends on the number and size of the rooms, and the age, gender and relationships of the people. Living rooms and bedrooms are counted as rooms, but not the kitchen or bathroom. The Tenant must not allow the Let Property to become overcrowded. If the Let Property does become overcrowded, the Landlord can take action to evict the Tenant as the Tenant has breached this term of this Agreement.
MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556
Indoor Air Quality The Employer shall ensure a healthful air quality and attempt to ensure comfortable air temperature in buildings it owns and in space that it leases.
Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section.
