Rerouting. ViaWest reserves the right to re-route IP data packets to any and all Internet carriers connected to the ViaWest Network based upon current load and service issues at the time of re-routing. The removal of IP data packets and the re-routing to another Internet carrier shall not be calculated in the service level commitments set forth in this Section 13.
