Rerouting. A. Rerouting Eligibility. Unless the fare purchased otherwise indicates, Tradewind will reroute a Passenger at the Passenger’s request and upon presentation of the Ticket or portion thereof then held by the Passenger plus payment of any applicable fees, charges, and fare differentials.

Rerouting. If rerouting occurs for the District, the drivers will have the option to keep their current route based on seniority. Bumping may occur if a different route is available on a yearly basis.
Rerouting. Customer may request to reroute any active ROU Circuit by sending to Barak a Rerouting Request not later than sixty (60) days from the requested Rerouting date. Barak shall Reroute the relevant ROU Circuit on the date as closely as reasonably practicable to the requested Rerouting date; provided, that (a) Barak shall not be required to comply with a Rerouting Request which is inconsistent with the provisions of Section 2; and (b) Barak shall not be required to comply with a Rerouting Request if compliance with such request would cause the aggregate capacity activated for Customer’s use to exceed the ROU Capacity as specified in Section 2; and (c) Barak shall not be required to Reroute any capacity before the later of (i) the lapse of sixty (60) days after receipt of a Rerouting Request; or (ii) receipt, by Barak of any Rerouting Charges due by Customer pursuant to sub-section (e) ; and (d) any rerouting request shall be subject to the availability of capacity on alternative routes; and (e) Customer shall bear any additional costs resulting from the rerouting, and specifically any rerouting charges which may be required by MN.
Rerouting. ViaWest reserves the right to re-route IP data packets to any and all Internet carriers connected to the ViaWest Network based upon current load and service issues at the time of re-routing. The removal of IP data packets and the re-routing to another Internet carrier shall not be calculated in the service level commitments set forth in this Section 13.
Rerouting. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall preclude the Employer, for legitimate operational needs (which determina- tion shall be the exclusive function of the Company), from rerouting planes, line haul trucks and/or other means of trans- portation, which regularly and customarily landed or arrived at LAX Airport with shipments that were unloaded, loaded or otherwise processed by unit personnel, to bypass LAX Airport and the Employer’s LAX Gateway altogether and proceed directly to any other DHL facility within the DHL global net- work. (Such rerouting with its resultant diversion of ship- ments shall not constitute or, in any way be deemed to consti- tute a violation of any provisions of this Agreement. This pro- vision shall not be utilized for the sole purpose of avoiding this Agreement.

Rerouting. Customer may request to Reroute any active Circuit by sending to MN a Rerouting Request not later than forty-five (45) days before the requested Rerouting date. MN shall Reroute the relevant Circuit within the Lead Time Period as closely as reasonably practicable to the requested Rerouting date; provided, that (a) MN shall not be required to comply with a Rerouting Request which is inconsistent with the provisions of Section 2.3 of this Part II or Schedule 5 hereto; and (b) MN shall not be required to comply with a Rerouting Request if compliance with such request would cause the aggregate capacity activated for Customer’s use to exceed the ROU Capacity as specified in Part I; (c) MN shall not be required to Reroute any capacity before the lapse of the Lead Time Period.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Packing 9.1 The supplier shall provide such packing of the goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the contract. The packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit, and open storage. Packing, case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
