Requirements for Bidding. In order for a company to qualify for the bidding process, it must meet the following requirements: • Provide proof of a valid pesticide applicator business license with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Pesticide Control Program. • Provide proof of insurance. • Provide proof of a valid commercial pesticide applicator or operator license for individuals applying pesticides on school grounds.
