Requests for Negotiations. 1. If either of the parties desires to negotiate changes in subjects of negotiations, it shall notify the other party in writing not earlier than 150 days nor later than 120 days prior to the expiration of the contract. Notification in writing from the Association shall be served on the Superintendent and from the Board shall be addressed to the President of the Association. A copy of said notification, along with a copy of the existing collective bargaining agreement, shall be sent to the State Employment Relations Board.
