Request for Proceeding. The affected faculty member shall have ten (10) calendar days from the date of the notice of dismissal to make a written request for a proceeding. If the faculty member fails to respond within the ten (10) calendar days provided herein, this failure to request a proceeding shall constitute acceptance of dismissal and waiver of any right to a proceeding.
