REQUEST FOR A LOAN. To request a Loan, the Customer shall notify the Lender of such request by delivery of a Notice of Borrowing, in substantially the form of Exhibit A or otherwise in a form reasonably acceptable to the Lender and signed by the Customer, not later than 10 Business Days before the date of the proposed Loan.
