Request for Credit Extension. The Administrative Agent and, if applicable, the L/C Issuer or the Swingline Lender shall have received a Request for Credit Extension in accordance with the requirements hereof. Each Request for Credit Extension (other than a Loan Notice requesting only a conversion of Loans to the other Type or a continuation of Eurodollar Rate Loans) submitted by the Borrower shall be deemed to be a representation and warranty that the conditions specified in Sections 4.02(a) and (b) have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable Credit Extension.
Request for Credit Extension. The Administrative Agent and, if applicable, an L/C Issuer or the Swing Line Lender shall have received a Loan Notice or Letter of Credit Application, as applicable, relating to the initial Credit Extension.
Request for Credit Extension. The Administrative Agent and, if applicable, the L/C Issuer shall have received a Request for Credit Extension in accordance with the requirements hereof.
Request for Credit Extension. Administrative Agent shall have received in accordance with this Agreement, as the case may be, a Revolving Credit Borrowing Request, Letter of Credit Application or Swing Line Loan Request, as applicable, pursuant to Administrative Agent’s requirements and executed by a Responsible Officer of Borrower;

Without limiting the generality of the provisions of Section 9.04, for purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 5.01, each Lender that has signed this Credit Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the proposed Closing Date specifying its objection thereto.

At any time after the Effective Date, the Administrative Agent will, if so requested by the Borrower, deliver to the Borrower a certificate confirming satisfaction of such conditions precedent set out in this Section 4.01 as have been satisfied as of the date of such certificate or, in so far as documentary conditions precedent are concerned, as are in an agreed form as of the date of such certificate such that that the applicable condition precedent would be satisfied if such document were delivered on the Closing Date in such agreed form, in each case in the sole determination of the Administrative Agent.
