Common use of Reproduce the Documentation Clause in Contracts

Reproduce the Documentation. for the Programs that are the subject of the License and/or incorporate all or any portion of the Documentation in training materials prepared by the Customer, in each case solely for the internal use of the Customer, and provided that the copyright notices and other proprietary rights legends appearing in or on the Programs or the Documentation are included on each copy of the Documentation and such materials. Customer shall keep accurate records of the number of reproductions and location of each copy.
