Common use of Representatives and Alternates Clause in Contracts

Representatives and Alternates. Each Member shall also be entitled to designate one (1) alternate to each such Representative (each an "Alternate"). In the event a Representative is unable to attend a meeting of the Board of Representatives or otherwise participate in any action to be taken by the Board of Representatives, the Alternate associated with such Representative shall take such Representative's place for all purposes on the Board of Representatives. Each Member shall designate its Representatives and the associated Alternates by written notice to the Company and each other Member.
