REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF THE WPZ PARTIES. Except (i) as set forth in a section of the WPZ Disclosure Letter corresponding to the applicable section of this Article III to which such disclosure applies (provided that any information set forth in one section of the WPZ Disclosure Letter shall be deemed to apply to each other section thereof to which its relevance is reasonably apparent on its face) or (ii) as disclosed in the WPZ SEC Reports (excluding any disclosures set forth in such WPZ SEC Report under the heading “Risk Factors” or in any section related to forward-looking statements) filed on or after January 1, 2013 and prior to the Execution Date (without giving effect to any amendment to any such SEC Report filed on or after the Execution Date), the WPZ Parties hereby represent and warrant, jointly and severally, to the ACMP Parties that:
