Representations and Warranties of the Pass Through Trustee. The Pass Through Trustee represents and warrants to the Trust, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Policy Provider, the Owner Participant, TILC, TRLTII, Trinity and the Lessee that, as of the date hereof:
Representations and Warranties of the Pass Through Trustee. Each Pass Through Trustee hereby confirms to each of the other parties hereto that its representations and warranties set forth in Section 7.15 of the Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement and Section 7.04 of the applicable Trust Supplement are true and correct as of the date hereof.
Representations and Warranties of the Pass Through Trustee. On the Closing Date, the representations and warranties of the Pass Through Trustee contained in Sections 3.4(f) and Section 3.8 hereof shall be true and correct as of the Closing Date as though then made on and as of such date, except to the extent that such representations and warranties relate solely to an earlier date (in which case such representations and warranties were true and correct on and as of such earlier date), and each of the Lessee, TILC, TRLTII, the Indenture Trustee, the Trust, the Owner Trustee and the Participants shall have received an Officer's Certificate to such effect dated such date from the Pass Through Trustee, and the Pass Through Trustee shall have performed and complied with all agreements and conditions herein contained which are required to be performed or complied with by the Pass Through Trustee on or before said date.
