REPRESENTATION FUND. The Company will pay monthly into a special fund two (2) cents per hour per employee for all compensated hours to the Local Union for the purpose of representation in areas of WSIB, UI, CPP, Disability and Health & Welfare Benefits. In addition, this fund will be used to maintain the Local’s fitness center for its member’s and their families, a scholarship fund, a community service (donations) fund and a substance abuse fund.
