Common use of Reports and Royalty Payments Clause in Contracts

Reports and Royalty Payments. For as long as royalties or other payments are due under this Section 4, Celgene will furnish to Bluebird a written report, after the end of each calendar quarter, showing the amount of Net Sales and royalty due under Section 4.3, and any other payments accrued during such calendar quarter, which report will be furnished within [***] of the end of the quarter for Net Sales generated by Celgene and its Affiliates, and within [***] of the end of the quarter for Net Sales generated by Sublicensees. Royalty and other payments for each calendar quarter will be due at the same time as such written reports for the calendar quarter.
