PROGRESS AND ROYALTY REPORTS. 8.1 For the period beginning [date] LICENSEE will submit to REGENTS a semi-annual progress report covering LICENSEE's activities related to the development and testing of all LICENSED PRODUCTS, LICENSED SERVICES and LICENSED METHOD and the obtaining of necessary governmental approvals, if any, for marketing in the United States. These progress reports will be made for all development activities until the first SALE occurs in the United States.

PROGRESS AND ROYALTY REPORTS. 9.1 Beginning January 1, 2009, Licensee must submit to The Regents semiannual progress reports covering Licensee's activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products and the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing. These progress reports must be made for each Licensed Product until its First Commercial Sale.
PROGRESS AND ROYALTY REPORTS. 7.1 Beginning February 28, 1994 and semi-annually thereafter, the Licensee shall submit to The Regents a progress report covering the Licensee's activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products and the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing. These progress reports shall be made for each Licensed Product until the first commercial sale of that Licensed Product occurs in the United States. These progress reports shall be considered "Data" for all purposes of Article 28, hereof and shall be subject to the terms thereof.

PROGRESS AND ROYALTY REPORTS. 10.1 Beginning on September 30, 2009, and semi-annually thereafter, the Licensee will submit to The Regents a written progress report as described in Paragraph 10.2 below covering the Licensee’s (and any Affiliates’, Joint Ventures’, or Sublicensee’s) activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products and Licensed Services and related to the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing and the activities required and undertaken in order to meet the diligence requirements set forth in Article 9 (Due Diligence). Progress reports are required for each Licensed Product and Licensed Service until the first Sale or other exploitation of that Licensed Product or Licensed Service occurs in the United States and shall be again required if Sales of such Licensed Product or Licensed Service are suspended or discontinued.

For the period beginning July 1, 2010, within sixty (60) days of each subsequent June 30 and December 31, Licensee will submit to The Regents a semi-annual progress report (“Progress Report”) covering Licensee’s activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products, Licensed Services and Licensed Methods and the obtaining of necessary governmental approvals, if any, for marketing in the United States. The Progress Reports will be made for all development activities until the first Sale occurs in the United States.

These progress reports will be provided to The Regents to cover the progress of the research and development of the Patent Products until their first commercial sale in the United States.
