Common use of Reporting of Concerns Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Concerns. The Medical Center supports and encourages nurses to raise and document any staffing concerns, without fear of retaliation. For specific staffing concerns, a nurse may use the Staffing Request and Documentation Form (SRDF). Nurses will submit completed forms, to their manager, and the co-chairs of the House-Wide Staffing Committee. a A nurse requested by the Medical Center to review an SRDF report they have submitted may have an Association representative present with them during this review. During a review of a submitted SRDF, the Medical Center may request additional information from the submitting nurse.
