Report pay and notice requirements. An employee who reports to work for a scheduled shift without having received notice of shift cancellation or is curtailed will be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours or one-half (½) of her/his scheduled shift, whichever is greater. An employee who receives notice of shift cancellation at least two (2) hours prior to the beginning of the scheduled shift is not entitled to any minimum pay for the scheduled shift.
