Report of Actual Costs. Upon completion of each undergrounding project undertaken pursuant to this Article, the Company shall submit to the City a detailed report of the Company’s actual cost to complete the project and the Company shall reconcile this total actual cost with the accepted cost estimate. The report shall be provided within one hundred twenty (120) days after completion of the project and written request from the City.
