Common use of Report Inability to Work Clause in Contracts

Report Inability to Work. The employee shall inform the Employer within one-half (½) hour after commencement of shift of the employee's inability to report to work because of illness or injury, unless the employee can provide satisfactory evidence of his/her inability to report within that time, otherwise the employee will be considered to be on leave without pay and subject to disciplinary action.
