Replacement for Severed Provision. 25.2.1 In the event of suspension or invalidation of any Article or Section of this Agreement, the parties agree to meet and negotiate within thirty (30) working days after such determination for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement for such Article or Section. 25.2.2 If a matter within the scope of bargaining arises during the course of this Agreement, either the County Office or the Association’s representative can provide notice and the full right to meet and negotiate shall be honored.
