CERTIFICATE RENEWAL. The District shall provide all classroom and other training required by law or regulations for bus drivers to renew their California School Bus Driver Certificates, at regular or overtime rates as applicable.
CERTIFICATE RENEWAL. The Board of Education will reimburse the cost of renewal of the teaching certificate of the teachers covered by this Agreement. It shall be the teacher’s responsibility to furnish in a timely manner any documentation necessary to update or change data required for renewal of teaching certificates.

The contribution for the renewal of the Certificate shall be deemed to be due on the date on which the Certificate expires. However, We shall remain liable for fourteen(14) days from the expiry date of the Certificate provided that by the last day of the said fourteen (14) days the renewal contribution is actually made unless We or the Certificate Holder had given notice that the Certificate would not be renewed. The Certificate Schedule shall not in any event be renewable when the Covered Person attains the age of eighty (80) years old. Where the context so permits, words importing the singular number only shall include the plural number and vice versa and words importing the masculine gender only shall include the feminine gender and neuter gender and words importing persons shall include corporations.
CERTIFICATE RENEWAL. The school district shall reimburse teachers for the cost of teacher certification renewal to a maximum $125.
CERTIFICATE RENEWAL. The District will reimburse bus drivers for the cost of a California Special Driver Certificate. The District shall provide or reimburse bus drivers for the cost of renewing his/her health examination required by the State of California. Bus drivers shall be responsible for the cost of their California Driver’s License renewal.
CERTIFICATE RENEWAL. Teachers and support personnel are required to maintain their professional development records and maintain the registration of their certificate(s)/license(s). Teachers and support personnel will pay for the renewal and submit proof of payment for reimbursement to the District. The District will reimburse the normal cost of the renewal. Any penalties incurred by the teacher for failure to submit their credential for renewal in a timely manner will not be reimbursed.
CERTIFICATE RENEWAL. Certificates must be revalidated prior to the current certificate expiring. The Licensee is responsible for timely certificate renewal. BioGro will normally inform the Licensee of the requirement for Certificate renewal during the current certification cycle.
