Repayment of Money Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture or the Covenant Defeasance Option or Legal Defeasance Option, all money then held by any Paying Agent other than the Trustee under this Indenture shall, upon written demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 3.03 and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such money.

Repayment of Money Held by Paying Agent. Any money deposited with the Trustee or any other Paying Agent remaining unclaimed by the Holders of any Securities for two years after the date upon which the principal of or interest on such Securities shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Issuer by the Trustee or any such other Paying Agent and such Holders shall thereafter be entitled to look to the Issuer only as general creditors for payment thereof (unless otherwise provided by law); provided, however, that, before the Trustee or any such other Paying Agent is required to make any such payment to the Issuer, the Trustee may, upon the request of the Issuer and at the expense of the Issuer, cause to be published once in an Authorized Newspaper a notice that such money remains unclaimed and that, after the date set forth in said notice, the balance of such money then unclaimed will be returned to the Issuer.

  • Investment of Moneys Held by Trustee Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, any moneys held by or on behalf of the Trustee which under the terms of this agreement may or ought to be invested or which may be on deposit with the Trustee or which may be in the hands of the Trustee, may be invested and reinvested in the name or under the control of the Trustee in securities in which, under the laws of the Province of Ontario, trustees are authorized to invest trust moneys; provided that such securities are stated to mature within two years after their purchase by the Trustee, and the Trustee shall so invest such moneys on the timely written direction of the Corporation.   • Money Held in Custody Money held by the Agent in custody hereunder need not be segregated from the other funds except to the extent required by law or provided herein.
