Repayment in Part. If an Underlying Loan Event of Default occurs, then a Mandatory Prepayment Event pursuant to clause (f) of the definition thereof shall not be deemed to occur so long as (1) Class A Lender receives all accrued and unpaid interest in a timely manner when due and payable hereunder, (2) on the date that is ninety one (91) days following the occurrence of such Underlying Loan Event of Default, Borrower shall pay to Class A Lender an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the outstanding principal balance of the Class A Component as of such date, and (3) commencing on the six (6) month anniversary of the date that is ninety one (91) days following the occurrence of such Underlying Loan Event of Default, and on each succeeding six (6) month anniversary thereafter, Borrower shall pay to Class A Lender an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the then outstanding principal balance of the Class A Component, until reduced to zero.

  • Repurchase in Part Subject to the terms of this Section 4.02, Notes may be repurchased pursuant to a Repurchase Upon Fundamental Change in part, but only in Authorized Denominations. Provisions of this Section 4.02 applying to the repurchase of a Note in whole will equally apply to the repurchase of a permitted portion of a Note.
