Rent Payment Address. Tenant shall pay all monthly Base Rent and costs of Demand Services (if any) under section 3.1 to “NASA Xxxx Research Center,” in advance, on or before the first day of each and every calendar month during the Term. Each payment shall reference the number of this Lease. Tenant shall pay all rent to Landlord without notice, demand, deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America, at the address for the payment of rent specified in the Basic Lease Information, or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.
