Renderings. If identified as Basic Services in a Task Order, the preparation of a colored perspective drawing (or, for building additions, colored building elevations) portraying the Project shall be part of Basic Services and included in the Basic Fee. Otherwise, such drawings shall be Additional Services and shall be prepared by A/E upon the request of District.
