Renderings. All renderings, plans or drawings of the Property or the Development locating landscaping, trees and any improvements are artists’ conceptions only and may not accurately reflect their actual location. Purchaser waives any claims based upon any inaccuracy in the location of such items as depicted on the renderings, plans or drawings.

Renderings. A complete set of architectural exterior elevations reflecting a complete design concept if exterior is altered by the project (by prior Owner/Component agreement). Submitted renderings shall be free of dimensioning and grid lines. Spaces should be clearly labeled with shading/coloring where possible to communicate any spatial adjacency relationships.

Renderings. If identified as Basic Services on Exhibit B, the preparation of a colored perspective drawing (or, for building additions, colored building elevations) portraying the Project shall be part of Basic Services and included in the Basic Fee. Otherwise, such drawings shall be Additional Services and shall be prepared by Architect upon the request of Owner.

Renderings. Provide renderings, models (other than working models), or other special items as required by the Owner. Requested renderings or models shall be reimbursed pursuant to the terms of Chapter One – Project Terms and Conditions, Appendix A, Item C. Meetings: Meetings shall be held on a biweekly basis. The Professional shall provide minutes of all meetings within 5 days of said meetings. The Professional shall prepare the meeting minutes using the Owner’s Project Management System.

Renderings. Renderings or other visualizations will be contracted for separately. If the Owner and/or Developer expects or wishes to have 2d or 3d visualizations including perspectives, elevations, plans and/or sections with color, light, texture and other visual aids in order to understand or promote the project, then please make this known to the Architect. This Contract focuses only on that which is required to secure a work permit, providing drawings for the Owner to review that echo this goal in order to keep the Architect’s fee reasonable.
