Schematic Phase Approval Sample Clauses

Schematic Phase Approval. Unless directed otherwise in writing by the OWNER acting through the Director, Planning, Design and Quality Assurance or a duly authorized representative of OWNER, the Design Development Services shall not be started until the OWNER approves the schematic phase submissions and the OWNER provides the CONTRACTOR with written authorization to proceed to the Design Development Services. Without such written authorization, the CONTRACTOR will be proceeding at its own risk.
