Remuneration of Receiver. The Security Agent may from time to time fix the remuneration of any Receiver appointed by it.
Remuneration of Receiver. Every Receiver so appointed shall be entitled to remuneration for his services at a rate to be fixed by agreement between him and the Security Trustee (or, failing such agreement, to be fixed by the Security Trustee) appropriate to the work and responsibilities involved upon the basis of charging from time to time adopted in accordance with his current practice or the current practice of his firm and without being limited to the maximum rate specified in Section 109(6) of the Law of Property Xxx 0000.
Remuneration of Receiver. Every Receiver shall be entitled to remuneration for his services at a reasonable rate to be fixed by agreement between him and the Collateral Agent (or, failing such agreement, to be fixed by the Collateral Agent) appropriate to the work and responsibilities involved upon the basis of charging from time to time adopted in accordance with his current practice or the current practice of his firm.
Remuneration of Receiver. The Security Trustee may from time to time determine the remuneration of any Receiver appointed by it without the limitations imposed by section 109 of the Law of Property Xxx 0000. A Receiver shall be entitled to remuneration appropriate to the work and responsibilities involved upon the basis of charging from time to time adopted by the Receiver in accordance with the current practice of his firm.
Remuneration of Receiver. The Security Agent may (subject to section 36 of the Insolvency Act 1986) reasonably determine the remuneration of any Receiver appointed by it and any maximum rate imposed by any law (including under section 109(6) of the Law of Property Act 1925) shall not apply to this Debenture and may direct payment of such remuneration out of moneys accruing to him as Receiver, but the Chargors alone shall be liable for the payment of such remuneration and for all other reasonable costs, charges, losses, liabilities and expenses of the Receiver.
Remuneration of Receiver. The Collateral Agent may from time to time fix the remuneration of any Receiver appointed by it.
